Percent Retrace Testing Dialog Box
Many investors believe that entry prices for a trade should retrace or pullback from the main trend of a financial instrument a certain amount before entering the trade. The most popular retrace values are the Fibonacci values of 33% and 66%.
First, select the time period and enter the
number of bars ago value that you want to use for testing.
Next, enter the Retrace At Least value, select from the Highest or Lowest Point option, and enter the Within and Over Past values.
